I've also included the northern houses which were extinguished by the Starks in this category because they weren't explicitly mentioned to be kings and speculated where their lands would have been. Examples are the Manderlys and Peakes in the Reach or the 'eastern marches' kingdom, which I guessed was there since a 'western marches' kingdom is named in the TWOIAF Reach section. The names in cursive are houses which I assume were petty kings or independent lords who didn't kneel to any king, but this is mainly speculation. The names in bold letters are houses which were certainly kings (Starks, Gardeners, Dayne etc.) I made a quick sketch of westeros during the age of the hundred kingdoms (TWOIAF Spoilers)
